Sprue Pickers for JSW IMMs
Star Automation’s sprue pickers are ideal for JSW injection molding machines. They work by removing excess plastic once the mold is finished, recycling it for further use. Our sprue pickers come in three models, varying in vertical stroke from 450 mm to 800 mm.
Conveyor Belt Systems for JSW IMMs
Transport your plastic components quickly and efficiently with a conveyor belt system for your JSW injection molding machine. Conveyor belts help you further automate the manufacturing process, saving time and money.
All of our models have an adjustable height between 35 and 51 in. with a 900mm - 1300mm adjustable tilting angle. They have an AC120V single-phase power supply of 40 W that allows for a belt speed of 10 ft per minute. Each model includes a variable speed drive, indexing control, and a 32-foot power cord. Additional options are available.
