Sprue Pickers for LS Mtron IMMs

XQ-V Series sprue pickers provide automatic runner removal for smaller LS Mtron presses and high-volume molding applications. Their swing-style movement clears sprues quickly while keeping the automation footprint compact. Built-in memory holds programs for up to 15 molds, giving operators faster access to saved settings during repeat production.

Conveyor Belt Systems for LS Mtron IMMs

Star Automation conveyors move molded products away from LS Mtron machines and toward inspection, assembly or packing stations. Available belt sizes accommodate lightweight parts, wider products and different production cell footprints. Adjustable frames help align each conveyor with the press or receiving equipment. Pallet Changer Systems for LS Mtron IMMs

Automatic pallet changers reduce pauses after molded parts leave an LS Mtron press. Loaded containers move out of position while empty containers move into place, allowing production to continue with less operator involvement.
