Our box changers receive products from the IMM take-out robots and package them into their appropriate container. These machines are custom-made from start to finish, ensuring maximum performance for each automation solution.
Inline Boxing System
Our box changers are designed to receive parts dropped from a vertical position through a drop chute into a corrugated box. The part is loaded into the corrugated box through 6 key positions:
- Box Load Station
- Box Infeed Accumulation Stations
- Box Fill Station
- Box Outfeed Accumulation Stations
- Box Unload Station
- Runner and Reject Chute
