Van Dorn Injection Molding Machines

Servo Robots for Van Dorn Injection Molding Systems

Servo robots bring repeatable take-out performance to Van Dorn molding cells by removing finished parts and placing them at a programmed location. Sprue Pickers for Van Dorn IMMs

XQ-V Series sprue pickers automate the removal of runners and excess plastic from Van Dorn injection molding machines. Compact swing-arm movement clears material from the mold area while preserving floor space around the press. Three models serve machines from 30 to 350 tons. Stored mold programs also simplify repeat jobs and help reduce setup time between production runs.

Conveyor Belt Systems for Van Dorn IMMs

Conveyor systems carry molded components away from Van Dorn presses and toward cooling, inspection, assembly or packaging stations. Multiple belt widths and frame lengths provide options for varied products and available floor space. Adjustable height and tilt support placement around existing machinery. Pallet Changer Systems for Van Dorn IMMs
