Toyo Injection Molding Automation

Star Automation provides compatible factory automation for Toyo horizontal and vertical electric injection molding machines. Servo Robots for Toyo Injection Molding Systems

Sprue Pickers for Toyo IMMs

Star Automation sprue pickers remove runners and excess plastic from Toyo molding machines with compact swing-type movement. Their small footprint works well in production cells where floor space is limited. The XQ-V Series stores programs for up to 15 molds and reduces unnecessary wiring and piping.
