Nissei Injection Molding Machines

Star Automation provides robotic systems and material-handling equipment for Nissei hybrid, all-electric, hydraulic, hydro-mechanical, two-shot, vertical, thermoset, micro and high-speed injection molding machines. Compatible options include servo robots, sprue pickers, conveyors, pallet changers and Eins end-of-arm tooling.

Many Nissei presses connect through standardized SPI 32-pin and 50-pin interfaces. Older machines can often use direct terminal strip wiring. Star Automation also offers operator education, additional training, maintenance, repairs and ongoing technical assistance.

Servo Robots for Nissei Injection Molding Systems

Star Automation servo robots automate molded part extraction across a wide range of Nissei press sizes. Models are available for compact machines, high-speed production cells and ultra-large injection molding systems. Sprue Pickers for Nissei IMMs

Star Automation sprue pickers remove runners and excess material from Nissei molding machines after each cycle. Compact swing-arm movement supports efficient extraction while keeping the surrounding work area open. The XQ-V Series stores settings for up to 15 molds, helping operators return to recurring jobs with less programming. Available models serve Nissei presses from 30 to 350 tons.

Conveyor Belt Systems for Nissei IMMs

Conveyor belt systems transfer molded parts from Nissei presses to cooling, inspection, assembly or packaging areas. Eight available models provide different combinations of frame length and belt width for varied products and floor plans. Adjustable height and tilt help align the conveyor with nearby equipment. Variable-speed drives, indexing controls and a 32-foot power cord come standard across the listed models.

Pallet Changer Systems for Nissei IMMs

Pallet changers reduce manual container handling at the end of a Nissei molding cycle. Each system removes a loaded pallet and positions an empty one for continued part collection. The three available models offer different exchange times and capacity limits, allowing production teams to choose a system based on part weight, run length and required output.
