Meiki Injection Molding Machines

Star Automation provides factory automation equipment for Meiki injection molding machines used across automotive and general plastics production. Servo Robots for Meiki Injection Molding Systems

Automate take-out operations on Meiki presses with servo robots engineered for smooth extraction, quick travel and accurate placement. Sprue Pickers for Meiki IMMs

Star Automation sprue pickers give Meiki molding cells an efficient method for removing runners after each cycle. Compact swing-arm construction helps preserve floor space while moving excess material clear of the mold. The XQ-V Series stores programs for as many as 15 molds. Operators can recall prior settings during repeat jobs and adjust the release side without a lengthy changeover.

Conveyor Belt Systems for Meiki IMMs

Conveyor belt systems create an orderly transfer route from Meiki presses to cooling, inspection, assembly or packing areas. Choose from multiple belt widths and two frame lengths based on molded part dimensions and production cell space. Each conveyor includes adjustable height, variable-speed operation, indexing control and a 32-foot power cord. Tilt adjustment and optional accessories allow further adaptation around existing machinery.

Pallet Changer Systems for Meiki IMMs

Pallet changers automate container movement at the end of a Meiki molding cycle. Once a pallet reaches capacity, the system moves it away and positions an empty pallet for continued part collection. Numerically controlled motion promotes accurate placement, while three available models cover different load limits and exchange speeds.
