Husky Injection Molding Automation

Star Automation supplies robotic systems and auxiliary equipment for Husky injection molding machines used across medical, food and beverage, packaging, consumer product and electronics manufacturing. Many Husky presses connect through standardized SPI 32-pin and 50-pin robot interfaces. Older machines can often use direct terminal strip wiring. Star Automation also provides operator training, maintenance, repairs and long-term technical support.

Servo Robots for Husky Injection Molding Systems

Sprue Pickers for Husky IMMs

XQ-V Series sprue pickers offer a compact approach to separating sprues and runners from molded parts. Swing-type movement removes excess material quickly while preserving valuable floor space around the Husky press. Operators can store up to 15 mold settings for recurring jobs. Quick release-side changes also help reduce setup time between production runs.

Conveyor Belt Systems for Husky IMMs

Star Automation conveyor belts move molded products from Husky machines toward inspection, cooling, assembly or packaging. Several belt widths and frame lengths help match each system to part dimensions, production volume and available floor space. Standard features include height adjustment, tilt adjustment, variable-speed operation, indexing control and a 32-foot power cable. Optional equipment is available for specialized production layouts.
